KD Fisher successfully delivered a comprehensive gas detection solution for the Coopers Brand Home, showcasing our technical excellence and reliability in high-risk environments. The system, supplied and commissioned by KD Fisher, included:
- 2 x 16-Channel Control Panels (Stillage Area & Brewing/Distillery Area)
- 24 x Ethanol Gas Detectors
- Audio-Visual Alarms (Strobes/Sirens)
- Mimic Screens at key entry points
Our meticulous pre-commissioning process ensured all components were installed to specification, including mounting, cabling, and terminations. During commissioning, we:
- Calibrated all ethanol (%LEL) gas detectors
- Verified control panel programming and alarm set-points
- Tested all detectors, alarms, mimic screens, and exhaust fan integration
- Confirmed alarm outputs to both Security and the BMS System
- Delivered a system fully compliant with manufacturer specifications
Outcome:
The project was completed with full documentation and commissioning results submitted for client witnessing and inclusion in the O&M Manual.
