Vortex FP is Easy to Use
Ideal for use in Zone 1 or Zone 2 hazardous areas, the Vortex FP and FP Compact are fireproof and highly durable, with a display fitted with magnetic switches which enables the system to be interrogated or inhibited without opening the system enclosure. Available in two sizes, there is a Vortex FP suitable for any space, however restrictive.
All day-to-day operations can be completed via push buttons on the front panel, removing the requirement for hit-work permits to complete everyday tasks. Instant indication of system status is provided by the fault and alarm LEDs on the front panel, with all relays monitored continuously.
Using Vortex PC software, customisation is easy and user-friendly, plus it uses industry standard Modbus RTU communication links, with an option to modify this to Profibus, making it compatible with a variety of control systems.
